Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We support a 60-day return policy for all eligible products from the date customers receive the goods. Products eligible for return must be kept in unused, unmarked, intact condition with original packaging and complete accessories, suitable for secondary sales. Defective products, damaged goods received or products with quality problems can also apply for return service within the valid period.

2. Free Return Service

All eligible return applications do not require customers to bear any return shipping fees or additional handling charges. All return-related logistics costs are fully covered by our store.

3. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products, the official refund process will be initiated. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment account used for the order.

4. Refund Exceptions

Products damaged due to personal misuse, artificial damage, lost accessories or damaged original packaging caused by customers’ personal reasons are not eligible for free return and refund services. Special customized products are not supported for return unless there are quality problems.
